Serving a changing neighborhood. Jersey City’s Metropolitan Waterfront was charged with filling up a newly renovated industrial building containing 150 condos. We were able to create a compelling campaign with the simple tag “Thank you Metro.” This allowed us to not only celebrate the neighborhood’s virtues but also drive foot traffic to the sales office. From creating their brand, to designing impactful advertising we understood how to speak directly to the potential buyer. Our multi- faceted approach included train posters, billboards, radio, online promotions, and premium offerings, all strategically designed to engage the target audience and generate the desired buzz.
